The Petitioner claims that his application for "Renewal of Certificate of Registration under Class 1A" is pending before the Respondents since 11th April, 2016. According to the Petitioner for no reason the application has been kept pending due to which the Petitioner has not been able to participate in the tender process. 3.

Today when the matter taken up for hearing, the only prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner to dispose of the Petition is to direct the Respondents to decide the Petitioner's Vishal Parekar 1/2

Having considered learned counsel for the parties, we are of the view that this Petition deserves to be disposed of by directing the Respondents to decide the Petitioner's application dated 11th April, 2016 for Renewal of Certificate of Registration under Class 1A as expeditiously as possible but not later than three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

Needless to say that we have not commented upon the merits of the matter.

The Petition is disposed of as such.
