On 8th July, 2010, this petition was admitted and the petitioners were directed to deposit salary of respondents

Dusane 2/2 NMW150.2013 no.2 and 3 in this court at every quarter with liberty to respondents no.2 and 3 to withdraw the amount. The initial deposits made have already been withdrawn by respondents no.2 and 3. Now the petitioners have taken out the present Notice of Motion seeking modification of the order for making the payment directly to respondents no.2 and 3 of the salaries for the periods 1st April, 2013 instead of depositing it in the court. Mr. Naik, the learned advocate for respondents no.2 and 3 has no objection to the direct payment. Hence, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a)(i). (Smt. R.P. SondurBaldota, J)
