This Interim Application is filed for restoration of the Writ Petition after condoning delay of 10 days. The Writ Petition was dismissed by virtue of self operative order of the Prothonotary & Senior Master dated 21st January, 2020 on account of non removal of the office objections. 2.

No Affidavit in Reply is filed by the Respondent No.4 opposing the Interim Application.

For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).

The Writ Petition is already admitted. We record the Statement of learned Counsel for the Petitioner that office objections shall be removed within 10 days from today.
