Ms.Shalaka Mali holding for Ashok Purohit appearing for the claimant-Manojkumar Mishra states that the claimant is present in Court and also identified him. The counsel further states that as directed by the order dated 28th April 2016, the claimant is making payment of the entire amount in lump-sum. According to Ms.Mali, as on 31st March 2016, the amount payable was Rs.12,67,700/- and as on 15th June 2016 the amount payable is Rs.12,84,420/-. Ms.Mali handed over a cheque for Rs.12,84,420/- in favour of Yogendra J. Mishra, HUF which cheque is acceptable to respondent No.2.

In view of this undertaking, the counsel for respondent No.2 states that the Execution Application itself can be disposed. The Execution Application accordingly stands disposed. The Chamber Summons also stands disposed.
