The writ petition is filed seeking benefits of some rehabilitation policy and an order in that behalf dated 25-11-1974.

The writ petition is filed in this Court on 19-3-2015. 3.

The petitioners are aware that they have no right, title and interest in the land which stands acquired and vested in the State. However, they only claim a benefit of some

We do not think that any such package and which is evolved for their rehabilitation survives after so many decades and the petitioners can wake up in the year 2015 and seek implementation thereof. The writ petition is hopelessly barred by delay and laches. It is, therefore, dismissed on this ground alone.
