Heard learned Counsel for the parties. The chamber summons is for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Plaintiff No.9. There is a delay in taking out the chamber summons. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the chamber summons, the delay is condoned and the chamber summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). Amendments to be carried out within two weeks. The chamber summons is disposed of. In case Defendant No.1-State wants to file any written statement, it may do so before the next date. Such of the Defendants as have not filed affidavits of documents and compilation of documents, may do so before the next date.
