The Petitioners have approached this Court against the initiation of the Departmental Enquiry against them. The gravamen of the allegations against the Petitioners seems to be the demand of illegal gratification by the Petitioners.

We are informed by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 Ms. Kavita Anchan that the inquiry has commenced against the Petitioners in November 2017 and has progressed and the next date of the said inquiry is 29/08/2018.

The Petitioners have therefore approached this Court after the inquiry has commenced. We therefore do not deem this a fit case to exercise lgc

(13) wp-1225.18.doc our writ jurisdiction at this stage. By leaving the contentions of the Petitioners raised in the above Writ Petition open for being urged at the appropriate stage, we dispose of the above Writ Petition.
