By this application, Ms. Bhandari, learned counsel for the applicant, has sought a direction to the official liquidator to pay energy bill amount of Rs.4,65,41,113/-.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the company-Amar Dye Chem Limited has now come out of liquidation in the light of the scheme that was floated in that regard.

Learned counsel for the said company makes a statement that already an amount of Rs.27,65,630/- was disbursed by the official liquidator in favour of the applicant and if the said amount is deducted, the company is ready to pay the balance amount within a stipulated period of time to the applicant.

There is no dispute about the fact that the amount of Rs.27,65,630/- was indeed transferred in favour of the applicant and that the balance amount is Rs.4,37,75,483/-.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of as follows: (a) The company i.e. Amar Dye Chem Limited shall deposit the aforesaid balance amount of Rs.4,37,75,483/- with the applicant within eight weeks from today.

(b) The applicant shall, within one week of receipt of such amount, restore the electricity connection of the establishment of Amar Dye chem Limited.
