On 2nd March, 2015 since the Advocates for the Petitioner as well as the Respondent Company were absent, the above Company Petition was dismissed for want of prosecution. The above Application is taken out for restoration of the above Company Petition.

Perused the Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Application, the above Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to recall the order

Nitin 2 / 2 972-CAL-218-2015 passed on 2nd March, 2015 and the Company Petition No. 462 of 2014, be restored and may be listed on the board for admission".
