After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between learned Counsel for the parties that considering the Petitioner's grievance that she could not file her written submissions along with documents, on which she was relying, because of a misapprehension of the date within which such submissions and documents had to be filed before the High Power Committee ("HPC") on her part, the impugned order be quashed and the matter be remanded for a fresh hearing. The impugned order dated 29 April 2017 passed by HPC is accordingly quashed and set aside and Application No.75 of 2015 is remanded to Apex Grievance Redressal

18. WP 2080-18.doc Committee ("AGRC") for a fresh hearing in accordance with law. AGRC shall permit the Petitioner herein to file her written submissions along with documents, on which she proposes to place reliance, within a period of two weeks of this order being pointed out to Secretary, AGRC. AGRC shall hear the parties and decide the matter afresh in accordance with law. To that end, the parties shall appear before Secretary, AGRC on 6 May 2019 at 11.00 a.m., when either party may produce an authenticated copy of this order.
