By an ad-interim order dated 17 May 2013, this Court has directed the parties to maintain status-quo as set out in the Court Receiver's Report dated 16 May 2013 until further orders. Learned Counsel for Defendant No.11, who is now practically the only contesting Defendant, the suit having been disposed of against the other Defendants, is agreeable to have the order of status-quo continue as an interim order. The notice of motion is disposed of accordingly by continuing the status-quo order dated 13 May 2013 pending the hearing and final disposal of the suit. The suit to come up for directions on 25 October 2018.
