This is a common order in all these Execution Applications listed today.

In any Execution Application, where there are office objections not yet removed, as a final opportunity time will be extended till 5th October 2018, and no further, to remove all office objections.

3.

In cases where there are no pending office objections, but where Execution Applications have merely been filed with no steps taken in execution, i.e., by applying to Court, Advocate and Parties in Person will have time till 8th October 2018 to move the Registry to take further steps in execution.

4.

Where the decree underlying any Execution Application has been satisfied in any manner, in full or in part, those decrees will be got appropriately marked as partly or fully satisfied within four 10th September 2018

COMMON ORDER.DOC weeks from today and the necessary applications to that effect will be filed on or before 5th October 2018. Liberty to the Judgment Debtors in all such cases to furnish details of decretal satisfaction to the Registry within that time.

In default by the Decree Holders of any of the circumstances mentioned above, the Execution Applications and all interim applications shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court, and all interim and ad interim orders shall stand vacated. (G. S. PATEL, J) 10th September 2018
