Perused the Report. The same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a)Whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to renew the Insurance Policy of assets of the Company ( in Liqn.) with the National Insurance Co. Ltd., and pay the premium of Rs.26,47,335/- plus service tax for effecting insurance on revised sum insured as mentioned in paragraph 6 hereinabove for period of six months from 1st April, 2017 to 30th September, 2017;
