After the Review petition is heard at some length, it is agreed between the parties that the petition may be disposed of in

2/3 terms of following order:. It is accordingly ordered as follows: 1.

The prospective maintenance amount referred in clause 1 (iv) of the order dated 8.3.2018 shall be paid on every 7th day of the month;

The petitioner shall in addition to the amount of Rs.7000/- mentioned in clause 1 (iv) pay a sum equal to 3/4th of the society maintenance amount reflected in bills issued by Pink Rose Co-operative Housing Society towards flat nos.C-6 and C-7 to respondent no.3. Respondent no.3 shall, every time he receives a bill from the society, furnish a copy of the bill to the petitioners and the petitioners shall pay their share, i.e 3/4th of the bill amount, to respondent no.3 within a period of two weeks of furnishing of the copy.

Respondent no.3 and petitioner no.1 shall together visit Indian Bank, Mahim branch, Mumbai and cause the safe deposit locker in their joint names to be opened and inventorized. This inventory shall be made in the presence of the Advocates of both sides and the parties. The contents of the locker shall be redeposited into the locker after such inventory. Parties, however, will be at liberty to apply to the Court for withdrawal of their respective articles from the locker.

Both parties agree that they shall withdraw the criminal proceedings including domestic violence case, non-cognizable complaints, etc filed before the criminal Courts and the police

3/3 against each other. The parties hereby withdraw all allegations made by them against each other in this behalf and agree not to incite or instigate any further quarrels.

Liberty to the parties to apply.

Review Petition is disposed of accordingly.
