The dispute in the petitions essentially concerns the petitioner (occupant) and respondent No.3 (developer). The petitioner and respondent No.3 have agreed to Consent Minutes of Order by which the present petition can be disposed of. The Consent Minutes of Order have been duly signed by their respective Advocates. The Advocate of respondent Nos.1 & 2 has signed the Minutes for the purpose of identification. Learned Counsel pray for disposal of the petition in terms of the Minutes. Consent Minutes of Order are taken on record, marked 'X' for identification. The 1/2
