This complaint is filed by the Official Liquidator against ExDirectors of the Company in liquidation for the latter's failure to submit statement of affairs in respect of the Company in liquidation. Learned Counsel appearing for Ex-Directors, who are arraigned as Accused Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5, submits that their clients have already submitted statement of affairs. The Official Liquidator confirms having received the statement of affairs. The complaint is, accordingly, disposed of without any orders. In the event the Official Liquidator finds the statement of affairs to be in any way non-compliant, liberty is given to the Official Liquidator to submit a report and seek further directions in the matter.
