After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between learned Counsel for both sides, after taking instructions from their respective clients, that the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the following order and it is, accordingly, ordered as follows : (I) The Industrial Court at Mumbai shall, in a time bound manner, first dispose of the show cause notice issued to the Petitioners herein (Respondents to the complaint of unfair labour practices) why the ad-interim order passed on 28 December 2015 should not be confirmed till final disposal of the complaint. The pleadings of the parties on this show cause notice are complete. In case any pleadings are, however, to be filed in respect of the show cause notice, the parties may do so within a period of two weeks from today. The Industrial Court shall decide the show cause notice as 1 / 2
sat wp 1550-2017.doc expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of sixteen weeks from today.
(II) The order of the Industrial Court passed on 24 February 2016 is not interfered with.
(III) The Industrial Court shall also endeavour to dispose of the complaint itself as expeditiously as possible. (S.C. GUPTE, J.) 2 / 2
