The learned Advocates for the parties have tendered Consent Terms dated th June, 2018. They submit that the Consent Terms be taken on record and the above Suit be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the authorized signatory of the Plaintiff, Defendant Nos.1 to 3, Director of Defendant Nos.4 and 5 and the Advocates for the parties. The undertakings recorded in the Consent Terms are accepted. The Suit is accordingly disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms, marked 'X'

. Refund of Court Fees, if any, as per rules. Notice of Motion (L) No.700 of 2018 also stands disposed of. The Court Receiver shall stand ssp 1/2

sl 392 of 2018 (908).doc discharged without passing any accounts, but upon payment of his costs, charges and expenses by the Advocate for the Plaintiff.

The audit report filed by Ernst and Young LLP with regard to the extra devices is taken on record. The devices which are in the custody of the Prothonotary and Senior Master shall be taken to the Office of the Ernst and Young LLP and the impugned data stored on the devices will be deleted at the office of Ernst and Young LLP in the presence of the parties. The devices shall thereafter be returned to the Defendants. This exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from today. The further report of Ernst & Young LLP shall be kept by the Prothonotary and Senior Master in safe custody. A copy of the further report shall be handed over to the Advocate for the Plaintiff and copy of the executive summary shall be handed over to the Advocate for the Defendants.
