The reliefs claimed in the present Writ Petition cannot be granted as disputed questions of facts are raised and unless rival parties lead their evidence.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this Petition in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3.
