This Court by its order dated 9th October, 2014 had directed the office of the Official Liquidator to adjudicate the claim of the Applicant within a period of two months from the date of the said order. Till date, the order is not complied with by the office of the Official Liquidator. In view thereof, the Official Liquidator is directed to adjudicate the claim of the Applicant on or before 6th April, 2015 and submit his report before this Court on 7th April, 2015.
