The application therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause-(a) which reads as under :- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend the time for executing the Deed of Conveyance, with the office of Official Liquidator, by a further period of 3 months."

It is made clear that no further time will be granted. Application disposed accordingly.
