Official Liquidator's Report is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clauses - (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e). Since this Court's experience has been where the reserve price is indicated, a cartel is formed and even the reserve price is not obtained, I am not fixing the reserve price. Therefore, any interested party may inspect the premises, ascertain the market value and ready reckoner rate and make their offers suitably. EMD to be given will be Rs.1 Crore. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.)
