The Plaintiff seeks to unconditionally withdraw the Suit. The Suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

There is apparently an application for impleadment, Interim Application No. 1715 of 2020 by one Rupal Bhandari. That application obviously cannot continue. The Applicant is at liberty to pursue her remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction. If she has adopted proceedings, those will continue unaffected by this order. 4.
Refund of the Court fees in accordance with the Rules. For the purposes of Section 43 of the Maharashtra Court Fees Act and the proviso to that Section, today's date is the date of making a claim for repayment. The Prothonotary & Senior Master will issue a certificate for a refund of Court Fees computed according to the Rules. He will act on production of an authenticated copy of this order without requiring a separate application.

All Chamber Summonses, Motions and Interim Applications are disposed of as infructuous.
6.
All interim orders in those proceedings stand vacated forthwith.
7.
All concerned will act on production of an ordinary copy of this order.
