Learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiff/Petitioner has sought leave to withdraw the Commercial IPR Suit No. 342 of 2019, Commercial Miscellaneous Petition No. 249 of 2022, Commercial Miscellaneous Petition No. 253 of 2022, Commercial Miscellaneous Petition No. 379 of 2022, Commercial Miscellaneous Petition No. 384 of 2022, Commercial Miscellaneous Petition No. 899 2/4
of 2022 and Commercial Miscellaneous Petition No. 911 of 2022 on the ground that the matter has been settled between the parties out of the Court.

An email has been sent by the authorised representative of the Plaintiff to the advocates for the Plaintiff instructing them to withdraw the Suit and the Petitions which email dated 7th April 2022 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 3.
Accordingly, Commercial IPR Suit No. 342 of 2019, Commercial Miscellaneous Petition No. 249 of 2022, Commercial Miscellaneous Petition No. 253 of 2022, Commercial Miscellaneous Petition No. 379 of 2022, Commercial Miscellaneous Petition No. 384 of 2022, Commercial Miscellaneous Petition No. 899 of 2022 and Commercial Miscellaneous Petition No. 911 of 2022 are disposed of as withdrawn.

Pending Interim Applications, Notices of Motion are also disposed of, as become infructuous.

Court fees are to be refunded in accordance with the 3/4
Rules. For the purposes of Section 43 of the Maharashtra Court Fees Act and the proviso to that Section, today's date is the date of making a claim for repayment. The Prothonotary & Senior Master will issue a certificate for a refund of Court Fees computed according to the Rules.
