The prayers in this Writ Petition are premature. The prayer for allotment of Permanent Alternate Accommodation cannot be granted until eligibility is decided by the Master List Committee. The Petitioner has somehow identified two premises which he claims should be allotted to him. That is not possible. The Petitioner's eligibility will be decided by the Master List Committee at the earliest possible and in any event, since the Application is dated 27th January 2024, preferably by 27th May 2024. 2.

The Petition is disposed of in these terms.
