Parties are agreed that their disputes can be referred to the sole Arbitration of Mr Naushad Engineer. His statement of disclosure is on record. Mr Doijode confirms that his clients have no objection to his appointment.

The Advocates for the Petitioner will place an authenticated copy of this order of Mr Naushad Engineer's appointment before him after 9th June 2017 but before 16th June 2017. 4th May 2017

The parties will be at liberty to make applications under Section 17 before Mr Engineer. He is requested to endeavour to dispose of those applications at his earliest convenience, and, if possible, within four months of such applications being made. 4.

No further orders are necessary. All contentions are expressly kept open.
