Heard. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a), subject to the following :-

30-CST-47-15-CAVEAT-5618-14-TP-1238-13.DOC (a) Caveat and the Affidavit in Support are to be filed and served on or before 18th May 2015. In default, including if no Affidavit in Support is filed on time, the Caveat, if filed, shall stand discharged and the Petition will proceed uncontested Petition.

(b) Should the Caveat and Affidavit in Support be filed as directed, the Petition to be renumbered as Suit and to be listed for framing Issues on 11th June 2015. 2.

It is made clear that the Applicant in the Chamber Summons is not entitled to any extension of time for filing the Caveat and Affidavit in Support. The Applicant undertakes to make no application for time extension before the Vacation Judge. (G. S. PATEL, J.)
