Heard both sides. Perused the earlier orders. 2.

In terms thereof, the petitioner's Advocate says that the petitioner is ready and willing for either relief. In the event

the petitioner cannot be accommodated by allotting him a premises in Byculla, Mumbai, then, he would accept compensation in lieu thereof as per the prevalent policies of the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai.

Now, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Municipal Corporation (respondents) says that the Municipal Corporation has decided to grant compensation in money in lieu of the claim of the petitioner for alternate accommodation. The amount would be determined and disbursed after the petitioner expresses his agreement to this arrangement.

The petitioner is present in Court.

On instructions from the petitioner, Mr. Kunal Bhanage states that the petitioner will accept the cash compensation in lieu of alternate accommodation and gives up his claim accordingly.

Let the quantum of the cash compensation be determined as expeditiously as possible and disbursed to the

petitioner thereafter. We grant to the respondents time till 20-6-2019 to do the needful. No further extension will be granted.
