This Interim Application has been filed by the Applicant (Original Plaintiff) seeking to recall/set aside the order dated 23 rd January, 2020 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay thereby rejecting the suit for non-removal of office objections under Rule 986 of the High Court, 1/2 praecipe-1-comipl-997-2019.doc

(Original Side) Rules, 1980. Having heard the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff and for the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b), (c) and (d) which reads thus : (a) That this Court be pleased to recall/set aside the order dated 23rd January, 2020;

(b) That this Court be pleased to restore the COMIP (L) No.997 of 2019.

(c) All Interim orders passed the matter be restored; and (d) That this Court be pleased to further grant 2 (two) weeks' time to remove the pending offce objections and/or on such terms and conditions as the Court deems ft and proper.

It is made clear that if the office objections are not removed by the Plaintiff within a period of two weeks from today, this Interim Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 4.
