Learned counsel appearing for the applicant/petitioner states that the Testamentary Petition No.2125 of 2016 for grant of letters of administration is already allowed by this Court by an order dated 14th February 2017. The petitioner is the only legal heir left as the deceased died issueless. The petitioner seeks permission to sell the immovable property in question to the third party in accordance with the draft agreement for sale annexed to the affidavit in support of the judge's order.

The applicant has made out a case for reliefs as prayed. I have therefore signed the judge's order. The judge's order is accordingly disposed of.
