The learned Additional GP Mrs. Geeta R Shastri states that the application of the Petitioner for photo-pass and measurement would be decided within the time that would be fixed by this Court. This Court therefore directs the concerned Deputy Collector (Encroachment/Removal), Andheri, Mumbai to decide the application of the Petitioner within 8 weeks from date. We are informed that a notice has already been issued to the Petitioner for the hearing of the said application. Needless to state that the application of the Petitioner should be decided by giving proper opportunity to the Petitioner. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. [SMT.
