On 18th July 2016, this Court was pleased to pass the following order : 1.
Pursuant to the order passed by this Court in the morning sessions, the Prothonotary and Senior Master has produced before this Court a report of the Collector of Stamps, Mumbai, setting out therein the amounts required to be paid by the Applicant within a period of 60 days from the date of the order. The Report is taken on record and copies of the same shall be handed over to the Advocates for the parties. The Applicant shall take appropriate steps within a period of 60 days failing which the Court shall be constrained to dismiss the above Arbitration Application on the adjourned date. Stand over to 19th September, 2016.
Mr.Karande for the applicant states that even today they have not paid the stamp duty and penalty and are in no position to pay. In view of the above, the arbitration application is dismissed. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.) Shraddha Talekar PS 1/1
