This Chamber Summons has been taken out by the Plaintiff to add the name of the Official Liquidator as Defendant No.3 and other consequential amendments inasmuch as by order dated 13 July 2012 the Defendant No.1 Company -Ankur Drugs & Pharma Ltd. has been ordered to be wound up and the Official Liquidator, Mumbai is appointed in respect of the assets of the Defendant No.1-Company.
