Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents. The Petition is at pre-admission stage. The only objection of the Respondents to the amendment is that a statutory remedy is available to the Applicants/ Petitioners. The said objection can be gone into at the time of hearing the Petition for admission. By keeping the said contention open, Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

chsw-103.14 Amendment shall be carried out within a period of three weeks. After amendment is carried out, Petition shall be fixed for Admission on the date fixed as per CMIS.
