By consent of parties, the following order is passed :- a).

The issues raised in Company Petition No.716 of 2015 along with counter claim, if any, proposed to be made by the respondent are referred to the arbitration of Advocate Shri S.C. Dhawan, C/o Room No.57, Bombay Bar Association, High Court, Bombay.

b).

The learned arbitrator shall decide the claim and counter claim on its own merits. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. Both the parties are directed to pay the fees and expenses of the learned arbitrator equally at the first instance 1/2

Both the parties are directed to appear before the learned arbitrator on 25th April, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. in Room No.57, Bombay Bar Association, High Court, Bombay.

d).

Learned arbitrator is requested to dispose of the arbitral proceedings expeditiously and within the time permissible under section 29-A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. 2.
