This appeal is directed against the judgment of the learned single Judge dated 24.2.2009.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the entire judgment concerned the question of custody of the minor children of the appellant - father and the respondent - mother. Today, the children are aged 21 and 27 years respectively. The entire question of custody has, therefore,

1. os app 194-09.doc become infructuous. She clarified that the respondent had not claimed any educational expenditure on the basis of the impugned judgment.

Under these circumstances, the appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
