Ms. Tiwari, the learned Advocate appearing for the respondent states that, the respondent has received a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards full and final settlement of all his claims against the petitioner under the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties. The settlement is recorded in the order dated 11th March, 2015. In view of the settlement and payment of amount discharging the liability of the petitioner under the settlement, the petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
