The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that in addition to the principal amount of Rs. 20,42,302/- which has been paid by the Petitioner to the Respondent, in full and final SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT settlement, an amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- has also been paid by the Digitally signed by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:
2024.04.22 13:35:59 +0530 Petitioner to the Respondent by way of Pay Order dated 6th April 2024, copy of which has been tendered and taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The learned Counsel appearing for the parties states that accordingly the Arbitration Petition has been settled and the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Arbitration Petition on that ground.

In view thereof, Arbitration Petition No. 975 of 2018 is disposed off as withdrawn.

Court fees are to be refunded in accordance with the Rules. For the purposes of Section 43 of the Maharashtra Court Fees Act and the proviso to that Section, today's date is the date of making a claim for repayment. The Prothonotary & Senior Master will issue a certificate for a refund of Court Fees computed according to the Rules.
