There is no dispute that the arbitration agreement exists between the parties. Dispute arose between the parties. The applicant invoked arbitration agreement recorded in clause 26 of the agreement dated 7th August, 2009. Though the respondent responded to the said notice vide letter dated 29th March, 2012, the respondent did not agree to the name proposed by the applicant. No detailed letter has been issued by the respondent pursuant to the said letter dated 29th March, 2012.
