Mr.Tripathi holding for Mr.Jasani states that Mr.Jasani, who was to appear for the Petitioner, has taken a discharge from the Additional Prothonotary & Senior Master on 6 September 2016. This was on the ground that Mr.Jasani, in spite of his best efforts, was unable to contact the Petitioner. It, thus, appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition.
