Perused the Report.

At the outset, Mr.Aithe submits that the prayer caause (a) in the report need not be considered as the payment of Rs.7,00,000/-, for which the direction was sought by the offciaa aiquidator, has aaready been made by Amar Dye Chem Limited and thus the said prayer does not survive.

Mr.Aithe presses the report for prayer caauses (b) to (d). 5.
For the reasons assigned in the report, especiaaay paragraph Nos. 26 to 28, the report stands aaaowed in terms of prayer caauses (b), (c) and (d).

Report stands disposed.
