Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2-bank states that the auction sale of the secured asset which was to be held today has not fructified since no bids were received.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. The Writ Petition to stand disposed of as withdrawn.

We record the statement of learned counsel for the Respondent No.2-bank that particulars of the secured assets which are already sold shall be furnished to the Petitioners within a period of two weeks from today.
