Mr. Singh, counsel for applicants/plaintiffs seeks leave to withdraw the notice of motion.

The notice of motion is dismissed as withdrawn. As far as the directions contained in paragraph 2 of the order dated 7th February, 2017, Mr. Singh, counsel for plaintiffs states that within two weeks from today, they will file their affidavit of documents and give inspection. Within one week of taking inspection, defendants to give their statement of admission and denial with reasons for denial. The plaintiffs also to file their list of witnesses, affidavit in lieu of examination in chief of the first witness together with compilation of documents and serve a copy thereof upon the defendants on or before Gauri Gaekwad

Suit be listed on 12th June, 2017 for marking of documents/ receiving evidence on record on which date plaintiffs' first witness shall remain present in court.
