FINAL ORDER:- 1.
Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, we are inclined to dispose of Writ Petition Nos.872 of 2017, 874 of 2017 and 878 of 2017, against impugned order dated 18.2.2017 passed by the Additional Collector (E/R), Eastern Suburb, after order of remand by High Power Committee in all the three matters. The remedies are available before the Grievance Redressal Committee. The same is, as stated, functioning from today. As the remedy is available, we are inclined to observe that as the Petitioner's Appeal against order dated 18.2.2017 is already filed before the High Power Committee, the same is required to be transferred to the Grievance Redressal Committee, so that after hearing, appropriate order can be passed on merit, as well as, on interim relief. In the mean time, to avoid further complications, we are inclined to order not to take any coercive steps based upon impugned order dated 18.2.2017, for six weeks from today. The Petitioner to approach to the Grievance Redressal Committee, for further order on merit, as well as, for interim relief. 2.
All points are kept open. These Petitions are disposed of, accordingly with above liberty. The parties to act on an the authenticated copy of this 2 /3
