DATE: 21st August, 2017 P.C.:- 1] Petitioners have approached this Court seeking several prayers. Mr. Vashi, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners, in view of the statement made by Dr. Saraf, learned 1/2

WP/1189/2017 Counsel for Respondent Nos. 3 and 5 that Respondent - Municipal Commissioner will consider the request of the Petitioners for grant of alternative accommodation in accordance with law, does not press the prayers made in the Petition.

2] Petition is therefore disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to make an application to the Municipal Commissioner for grant of alternative accommodation. Such an application be made within a period of two weeks from today. On such application being made, Municipal Commissioner shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the receipt of the same.

3] Since Petition itself is disposed of, Notice of Motion does not survive and the same is also disposed of.
