Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the eviction suits are pending in the Trial Court against the tenants. It is alleged that some tenants had illegally disconnected the water supply and got it connected in their rooms in the tenanted premises. 3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Respondent-Municipal Corporation that Municipal Corporation has not disconnected the water supply.

In the facts of the case, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. The subject issues are raised before the Civil Court. Therefore, Petitioners may resort to alternate remedy, as permissible in law. 5.

Petition is disposed of.
