Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the respondent has been served. Statement is accepted. None appears for the respondent when the matter was called out. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and have perused the averments made in affidavit-in-support of the notice of motion.

The applicant has made out a case for recall of the order dated 10th March 2011. The order dated 10th March 2011 is accordingly recalled. The arbitration petition is restored to file. Notice of motion is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. 4.

Place the arbitration petition on board for 'Admission' on 15th March 2018.
