Court Receiver has applied for discharge on account of nonlodgment of the order dated 18 December 2013 appointing the Court Receiver. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits to the order sought. Accordingly, the Receiver's Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c), which are quoted below:- (a) Court Receiver may discharged in view of non-lodgement of the order by the Petitioner.

(b) The Petitioner may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.7,600/- in the office of the Court Receiver towards cost, charges and expenses of Court Receiver.
