In this matter, the Court Receiver seeks discharge on account of non-lodgment of the order passed by this Court on 4 July 2012 by the Petitioner with the office of the Court Receiver. By another order dated 28 August 2012, the Petition has already been dismissed as withdrawn. Hence, the Court Receiver's report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c), which are quoted below :- (a) Court Receiver be discharged in view of non-lodgment of the order by the Petitioner.

(b) The Petitioner may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,350/- in the office of the Court Receiver towards cost, charges and Pg 1 of 2

(c) Cost of this report be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/-, and the Petitioner may be directed to deposit the same with the Court Receiver.
