The Court Receiver has filed the present report for discharge of the Court Receiver on account of non-lodgment of the petition and the order passed by this Court on 20 November 2013 appointing the Court Receiver. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner agrees to the discharge order. The report is, accordingly, made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c), which are quoted below:- (a) Court Receiver be discharged without passing of Account in view of non-lodgement of the Petition and order by the Petitioner company.

(b) The cost, charges and expenses of Court Receiver may kindly be directed to be paid by the Petitioner.
